  4. Start filling out the Application Form
  5. Upload your recent passport-style photo
  6. Upload your Passport (with a validity of more than 6 months)
  7. Applicant’s Declaration Part
  8. Please Double-check the application form
  9. Click Proceed to Payment. Carry a debit/credit card for the final payment
  10. Click the submit button

Essential Requirements to apply for a Saudi e-Visa

Please Note- The Fundamental Requirements are essential for all e-Visa types. Travelers need additional e-Visa to perform Umrah. To obtain an Umrah e-Visa, travelers need to meet certain criteria. Here it is -

  • Only Muslim pilgrims are allowed to perform Umrah.
  • Only Muslim pilgrims can apply for a Saudi Umrah e-Visa.
  • A Meningitis Vaccination Record is necessary that is Issued at least 10 days before the trip to Saudi Arabia and not more than three years beforehand
  • If the visitor has converted to Islam but does not have a Muslim name, a document from a mosque or Islamic organization confirming their Muslim status is necessary.
  • Women and children must be accompanied by their husbands, fathers, or other male relatives (Mahram).
  • A birth certificate of the kid that lists both parents' names or a marriage certificate for a woman is needed.
  • To enter and exit Saudi Arabia, the Mahram must board the same airplane as his wife and kids.
  • If a woman over 45 gets an official document from her Mahram approving her to travel for Hajj with the specified group, she may do so without a Mahram.

Saudi e-Visa Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all e-Visa applicants. It has the same validity as your e-visa. The coverage includes emergency medical care, hospitalization, and other services. The insurance providers are KSA-approved companies. Instructions on how to claim your insurance will be included in the insurance document, as are other details. Exclusions include pre-existing conditions, non-emergency situations, and issues caused by overdoing anything.

Applying for a Saudi e-Visa for Minors

If a minor is traveling with you and you are the parent or legal guardian, you may be required to complete a few forms. As per the KSA policy, all kids below 18 years should submit a separate application form. Their parents or legal guardians should fill out the details and submit the application form. All the details entered should be authentic and align with their passport details. The remaining requirements are as adults only, for example, a valid passport, a passport-style photo, etc.
